This felt like a luxury resort because so many things around the hotel are included in the price...the natural hot springs, the walking trails to waterfalls, etc. The restaurant on the property was nice. The breakfast had made to order omelets and a buffet of great options. The property grounds are well-maintained and beautiful. This place had a luxury feel without the price.

This place is a dream! You never have to leave once you are at the property. There are several areas associated with the property where free shuttles are available. The restaurants have wonderful food, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds are stunning. We did the zipline which was on site and was one of the best things I did while in Costa Rica. Not to be missed! The beds were a bit too firm for my comfort, but everything else was stellar!

We stayed one night but wish we could stay longer. Clean, large rooms. What was unclear during reservation but was a great surprise when we actually got there is that if u are a guest of the hotel, you get access to many nature attractions around without having to pay extra. So the hotel is on a privately owned land and on the same land are waterfalls, ponds, hiking trails. As a guest you have free access to all of these while non guests have to pay to access them.

This property was good for location and access to national park nearby. Food was delicious, pool area was relaxing and enjoyable. Felt more commercialized. Room was clean. Felt dated, there was a big gap under door so we laid a towel there to limit bugs/lizards, very few outlets in room, mostly cold showers. Tubing experience was great. Would suggest bringing lots of snacks if traveling with kids. Would not stay again.

This is a beautiful resort and location with many fun and engaging activities to choose from!!! The Staffers are absolutely lovely... so attentive, warm and kind. Very nice clean rooms comfortable beds lots to do and the staff was top notch! Very polite and helpful especially with our older mother who was with us.
