"The hotel have a very bad aspect rooms floors not properly clean. Have a bad smells. No staying at this hotel anymore. Elevators dirty etc…"

"The property alone was great not one problem and very spacious the STAFF was BEYOND great welcoming and nice !! The shuttle service to the port a little confusion and could start some problems between you and others because it’s over booked so you could pre book but theirs a lobby full of people waiting and expecting to go because they sit their in the lobby and wait and people who prebook come at the time their told which makes it look like you are cutting we made it on time though"

"The staff are friendly, kind and understanding. My first room the AC wasn’t working and they switched my room without any problems. Then I used the wrong key card for my new room and they made me another one without any complaints. Best part was the shuttle service to and from the airport. Lyft is also cheaper to the beach from this hotel."

"I have been to the hotel over 10 time while passing through Miami. This is the first time I had such an experience. After I undressed to have something to eat, there was something walking on my leg. It was a cockroach, therefore I request a change of Room. The attendant happily change my room. I woke at 3 AM to get ready to leave and there were cockroaches walking all over the floor. I think we double booked on that night. I took photos and I hope this never happens to anyone else."

"The room was as advertised and clean with no signs of damage or wear and tear. The property is in a busy part of Miami with heavy traffic in the morning so getting out of the property to travel to other parts of the city may take extra time. In spite of the fact of the hotel being close to the airport once inside the building I heard no sounds of planes taking off or landing. It is a bit of a distance to find local restaurants so make sure the breakfast is included when you book."

"Convenience is the greatest feature of this hotel. It is a little dated and staff not super nice, but it does the job, as it is just a stop for most. I booked a room just so my parents would have a rest for a couple hours during a layover. Good enough I would say."
