"Rooms are lovely However, room clearly booked for 3 people, only prepared for 2. Towels, glasses, mugs, pillows, amount of tea, coffee etc. Reception very good at correcting this, but why should we have to go out of our way to get this changed?"

"Clean and convenient. Unfortunate very noisy people two nights in a row in room above us woke us up. Staff seemed stretched and were often not at the front desk. Company cutting corners? Thanks for the accessible bathroom: great grab bars and easier access bathtub/shower. Had to ask twice for a nonslip mat. Also, why not put wifi info in the room, rather than on small cards in the corner of the reception desk where they’re hard to find? Overall, good enough for what we needed."
