Já é a terceira vez que estou indo para o Slim João Bettega, quartos diferentes nas 3 vezes, e todos impecavelmente limpos, ar condicionado e demais itens da acomodação perfeitos. O café da manhã é bem variado, com sucos naturais e muitas frutas - fica a sugestão de incluir uma caixinha de leite vegetal para quem (como eu) não pode tomar leite de vaca. O atendimento também foi perfeito!

Quarto família bem amplo, camas confortáveis, chuveiro com boa pressão, cafe da manhã maravilhoso!! Faltou instruções qnt a utensílios e bebidas que poderiam ou não ser solicitadas na recepção, e a internet era péssima, liguei na recepção e a pessoa que atendeu foi ríspida. Porém pessoalmente, os funcionários eram simpáticos, as moças do cafe da manhã principalmente.

Minha experiência neste hotel foi bastante negativa devido ao atendimento da equipe. No check-in, mesmo apresentando os comprovantes da reserva e do pagamento, a recepção insistiu que eu não tinha reserva. A situação só foi resolvida após muita insistência e a apresentação de toda a documentação. Durante toda a estadia, fui atendida de forma pouco cordial, frequentemente com tom debochado e como se qualquer solicitação estivesse causando transtorno. Também tive problemas para obter notas fiscais. Não recebi a nota da minha primeira hospedagem e fui informada, de forma equivocada, que deveria obtê-la pela plataforma de reservas, onde ela não está disponível. Achei inadequada a postura de alguns funcionários, que repetidamente faziam comentários sobre talheres, toalhas e cobertores, sempre com insinuações de possível extravio. Além disso, havia a exigência de entregar a louça limpa, mas nenhum material de limpeza era fornecido. Ao questionar isso, fui orientada a comprar os produtos em um mercado próximo. Destaco especialmente a funcionária Valentina, que em diversas ocasiões foi grosseira, irônica e pouco profissional. A estrutura do hotel é aceitável, mas o atendimento comprometeu completamente a experiência. Sugiro uma revisão urgente do treinamento e da postura da equipe.
