Hotel decadente, bisognoso di molti miglioramenti e diverse riparazioni. Bagno cieco e con aspiratore non funzionante. L'acqua del lavandino defluiva con difficoltà (scarico semiostruito). Luce dello specchio del bagno non funzionante, per cui, essendo l'ambiente poco illuminato, risultava impossibile radersi. Tenda dell'unica finestra della camera troppo leggera, per cui al mattino entrava molta luce, facendomi svegliare all'alba. Prima colazione abbondante e variegata, ma molto ripetitiva e mancava qualsiasi tipo di brioches. Ubicazione dell'hotel molto comoda. Personale molto gentile.

O hotel cumpre o que promete, é um prédio antigo, mas reformado. Os quartos são muito espaçosos e possuem boa ventilação/iluminação, além de zelarem bem na limpeza. Na minha avaliação, para uma proposta de hospedagem 3 estrelas, está dentro dos conformes. Pontos a melhorar seriam a qualidade das toalhas e uma maior variedade de alimentos salgados no café da manhã, além do tradicional misto ou salsicha e ovo. Para mim que estava sem poder comer alimentos com açúcar acabou que ficou bem restrita a refeição, mas nada que tornasse minha experiência negativa.

O quarto tem um carpete que dá impressão de não estyar limpo e por vezes exxala um cheiro rui, Alem disso os banheirtos tem louças antigas e que não limpas entre as estadias, que ficam impressão de falta de limpeza. As paredes tem pointuras que precisam ser refeitas e por isto dão a impressão de sujeira. A cama é boa e toalhas também. Os sabonetes são terríveis e não há shampoo.

Bom vamos começar pela recepção fui muito bem atendida, porém quando cheguei no quarto não tinham água nem refrigerante nada o frigobar vazio tinha que pegar na recepção, não tem nenhum serviço de quarto não possui telefone, fora que o elevador quebrou ficou funcionando só um para oito andares, pela estrutura o prédio é muito antigo precisa de reformas porque pelo preço da diária tem q ter melhorias, e o Chuveiro horrível quebrado a água cai em todo lugar menos no corpo meu último dia tomei banho frio.

Decepcionado com o hotel

Não gostei. Quartos apertados e sujos, muita poeira. Não isolam nada do barulho da rua. Telefone não funciona, nos quartos que tem, porque há àqueles que não tem interfone. Banheiro tambem sujos e mofados. Tivemos que pedir quase todos os dias para lavarem a pia do banheiro, e o chuveiro que joga água por cima do box. A troca das toalhas, tivemos que ir na recepção pois nos deixaram sem tolhas limpas várias vezes. E sem o tapete no banheiro. Café da manhã tem pouquíssima variedade. Já o atendimento do funcionário na recepção sempre foi com muita educação. Fiquei em Florianópolis num hotel da rede Andrade em julho, pensei que manter o padrão em Curitiba, mas ficou foi muito longe.

Quarto ruim

O atendimento do hotel é maravilhoso, os atendentes são super queridos e prestativos. O hotel possui um maleiro que vc pode deixar suas malas mesmo apos a estadia para buscar mais tarde. O problema eh o quarto, o carpete SUPER sujo e manchado, o banheiro também nao estava muito limpo e o chuveiro não saia agua direito, e quando saia a agua estava escaldante, impossivel de tomar banho, tivemos que tomar banho no quarto de outros amigos que estavam hospedados.

Foi uma experiência melhor do que eu esperava. Por ser um hotel no centro e com janela de frente pra rua, achei que seria mais barulhento, mas me surpreendi. Quarto limpo, aconchegante, silencioso. Super recomendo!

Bom mas tem barulho de goteira

Pessoal do atendimento educados, estava tudo limpinho. Dois pontos que foram incomodativos. 1. Na hora da reserva tinha a opção de estacionamento, um dos pontos que escolhi o local era por conta do estacionamento. Resolução: cheguei um pouquinho antes do check-in e questionei se já podia deixar o carro no estacionamento. Tive a devolutiva que em nenhum aplicativo se aplicava a reserva com estacionamento. E... Que apenas seria possível a vaga com indicação. 2. Barulho de goteira do ar condicionado. Simplesmente todos os andares tem o ar no mesmo local, e provavelmente todos os quartos com exceção do último andar, podem e vão escutar barulho de goteira caindo no alumínio da proteção do ar condicionado de cima. Resolução: Precisei deixar um item na parte de fora pois a gota estava caindo apenas no exato lugar. Sugestão: comprem 500 metros de CORRETENTE DE PLÁSTICO e acopla em cada uma das saídas de água. Nunca mais vão ter reclamações.

atendimento dos funcionários excelente, mas as acomodações terriveis, quarto com paredes emboloradas, tomada não para o carregador, banheiro com paredes e teto embolorado, ar condicionado faz barulho mas não esquenta. toalhas de banho rasgadas, cobertor rasgado. Realmente, fiquei pq já estava pago e pq fiquei muito pouco no hotel. Construção antiga não quer dizer que as coisas precisem ser mal cuidadas e sujas.

A foto não condiz com a acomodação, este hotel é muito antigo e falta manutenção no geral, banheiro com louças antigas, o café da manhã muito básico não tinha nada de café colonial. Lençol com manchas de sangue, toalhas muito finas e não tinha tapete para o banheiro, o secador não tinha força, móveis muito velhos, cortinas soltas e manchadas. Não indico a ninguém.
