Hotel simples mas muito bem organizado, limpo, atendimento excelente, boa localização, bom custo benefício. O quarto um tamanho bom com roupas de cama e banho limpas e de boa qualidade. O café da manhã bom, poderiam melhorar a questão da reposição dos alimentos. No mais tudo certo

Muito lento atendimento na chegada e saída, o sistema é muito lento fiquei 30 minutos para fazer checkout e 20 minutos para entrar. Obs: só tinha eu na chegada e saída.

O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente principalmente a senhora da limpeza, o quarto não tem segurança a janela abre a tranca estava com problema, o que é um perigo para criança, a pia do banheiro estava com vazamento o que deixava o banheiro molhado, o chuveiro não estava legal, a água não caia uniforme, o café da manha do último dia de estadia que ocorreu na segunda-feira estava bem ruim parecia que só tinha as sobras dos dias anteriores.

Muito conveniente para a nossa viagem de SP para SC. Tem camas de tamanho queen (meu marido é alto) e aceitam cachorros. :) Eu também esqueci algo lá a última vez e guardaram para mim até voltar! São gente boa. :)

Alguns pontos deixaram a desejar: janela tranca não funcionando ( 1 andar ). Cofre não funcionando, não tinha cardápio do frigobar, não tinha identificação de ramais no telefone, quarto sem nenhum isolamento acústico ( ouvia-se tudo dos quartos ao lado (existia uma porta separando os quartos ).

O hotel aparenta ser antigo demais, mas as instalações são satisfatórias, limpas, chuveiro muito bom. O que eu mudaria no banheiro era o local do porta toalha, que no quarto que fiquei era encima do vaso sanitário. Café da manhã variado. Gerente muito simpático. Perto do aeroporto.

Precisa pensar em melhorias

Boa, já estive neste hotel outras vezes e notei que o colchão já poderia ter sido trocado e uma renovação do apartamento seria bem vinda também. Com tantas novas opções de hotéis na região acredito que o hotel deveria se preocupar mais com isso.
