O hotel em si está precisando de uma boa reforma, quarto muito feio com cortinas horrível, banheiro sujo e todo manchado descarga estava vazando e pra completar no último dia ficamos sem água para tomar banho , café da manhã foi um dos piores que já tomei , só gostei mesmo da localização perto de tudo , a tv tinha vários canais que não tinha som, péssima experiência não indico

O quarto estava sempre limpo e arrumado. O ar-condicionado funcionou perfeitamente. O café da manhã é bem variado. Fica próximo de tudo, o que facilita o deslocamento. Boa opção em relação ao custo-benefício.

Ar condicionado, não funcionou Quarto sujo, lâmpadas queimadas Um funcionário salvou o hotel, muito atencioso querendo ajudar, acho que o nome dele é Gustavo, mas um outro que estava lá, não quis nem dizer o nome Péssima experiência com esse hotel, já no rede Vernon foi ótimo. Mas esse hotel Guaíra não recomendo a ninguém.

A porta do quarto não abria direito, chão quebrado e mofado, café da manhã fraco, janela que não abria no quarto e não fechava no banheiro. Estrutura do prédio velha, a válvula do banheiro estourou na minha cara e tive que consertar na hora. únicos pontos positivos foram a localidade e o ar funcionando.

sem nenhuma reclamação, atenciosos e cordiais, precisei deixar a mala na recepção pois cheguei na cidade as 7 e deixaram minha mala guardadinha, no quarto tinham chocolates de brinde, quarto limpo, única coisa é que não tinha janela e nem prateleira dentro do box do banheiro, mas fora isso, ótimo custo beneficio!

Teníamos en familia 2 habitaciones. La primera no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, no habia agua fria ni caliente e las canillas y ducha por lo que fue imposible bañarse, lavarse los dientes o tirar agua luego de hacer las necesidades en el inodoro. La segunda habitacion, sucia sin agua caliente, tebia un inodoro suelto en donde mi hijo casi se cae y se sale totalmente el inodoro. Un asco todo. Cuando hablo con el conserje me dice que no puede hacer nada solo llamar al de mantenimiento...esto a las 00:50 hs...o cambiarnos de hotel luego de ya haber tenido que llevar el auto al estacionamiento fuera del hotel. Un desastre.el.peor hotel de mi vida. Preferible dormir en el auto en una estacion de servicio. No entren ahi ...estan avisados...

O atendimento na recepção, tanto na entrada como na saída foi boa. O quarto apesar de simples, tinha roupas de cama e banho limpas e cheirosas. O café da manhã satisfatório. O detalhe é que o espaço era pequeno e tinha que esperar sair hospedes para poder tomar café, e a fila de espera demorou um pouco. Outro detalhe que deixa a desejar, é o estacionamento que fica noutro quarteirão e tivemos que descer 3 andares até o subsolo e a noite causabum pouvo de preocupações Mad o custo beneficio foi muiyo nom!:
