Fui com meu esposo e meu cachorrinho pois perdemos um cachorro durante a semana e queríamos distrair e relaxar um pouco. Meu esposo planejou assistir aos jogos e copa e eu queria fazer algumas massagens. Fizemos o check in um pouco antes das 16h e desde que entramos no chalé a experiência foi ruim. A cada 5 minutos a energia caia, desligando a TV, lareira, ar condicionado.. A banheira não aqueceu, meu cachorrinho ficava aflito a cada queda de energia e com o barulho de alguns apitos quando e energia retornava. Fomos 4 vezes até a recepção e o retorno que noa era dado era que "agora" o problema foi solucionado. Voltávamos ao chale e novamente a energia caia. Pedi para falar com o gerente para tentarmos uma solução, o qual chegou ao hotel às 18h e simplesmente nos disse" o problema já foi resolvido". Se quiserem ir embora a decisão é de vocês! E novamente a energia caiu. Somente então recebi uma mensagem no meu WhatsApp de que a estadia seria reembolsada, como se isso fosse um benefício por não terem nos oferecido o que havíamos contratado. A falta de expertise por parte da equipe de um hotel que se intitula "hotel boutique " foi inacreditável! Poderiam ter nos esclarecido que o problema poderia ou não ser solucionado, sugerido outra data para uma nova experiência, enfim.. .fica a dica!

A nossa experiência foi excelente. Quarto confortável, quente, piso aquecido, cama muito boa, tudo muito lindo. A propriedade também é excelente, muito bonita, e as atividades são muito legais também. As únicas coisas que deixaram a desejar um pouco foi o atendimento do spa, e a limpeza da banheira, mas mesmo assim a estadia foi excelente.
