O hotel parece antigo. Quartos grandes, poucas cobertas para o frio, nenhum utensílio de cozinha apesar de ter pia, geladeira e microondas. Café da manhã sem opção de não incluído na diária, e não é bom: pães estavam secos e o café de máquina ruim. Os sucos adoçados, sem opção de não! Ar condicionado não está dimensionado pro tamanho do quarto. Sem tomadas 220V. Infelizmente foi minha primeira e última vez neste hotel.

Foi boa, a cama e travesseiros confortáveis, pedimos mais um travesseiro para apoio de cabeça, pois a TV 32" fica longe, não faz sentido a localização dela tendo espaço prox. a cama. Tem pia, micro ondas e chaleira elétrica, não tem nenhum talher e só havia 1 caneca. Falta estes acessórios. A vista do apartamento é linda, 15* andar que parece 25*, localização excelente. Precisa melhorar o blackout das janelas e urgente as toalhas de banho, muito velhas!!!! O café da manhã falta certa sofisticação, variedade ok, mas a qualidade de alguns produtos não atende a expectativa de um Hotel 4 estrelas. Precisa informar o valor do estacionamento, custa R$38. Uma placa informando evitaria desconfortos. Todos os funcionários são EXCELENTES!

Hotel muito bom, excelente localização, ao lado do shopping Curitiba. A única ressalva é sobre a área do café da manhã, o espaço não consegue acomodar todos os hóspedes dependendo da quantidade de pessoas hospedadas. Houve dias em que havia fila de espera e uma certa desorganização na fila.

O café da manhã pessimo, 01 dos dias a funcionaria não encontrou manteiga, não tinha manteiga café da manga, faltava pegadores para frutas frios, pessimo atendimento. No jantar pedi 01 bife veio cheio de óleo. Só decepção o restaurante. 01 dos dias nao arrumaram apto, nao colicaram itens no banheiro e cheio inseto mo banheiro.

Ar condicionado barulhento

Cheguei e recebi um apartamento com final 1 e percebi que a maquina do ar condicionado estava com muito barulho. Como foi minha primeira vez no hotel, liguei para a recepcao onde pelo telefone perguntei se o ar condicionado faz um barulho alto normalmente. Liguei o ar e a pessoa da recepção disse "nossa!", de tao alto que estava. A maquina fica dentro do apartamento e fechada por um armario de madeira com as portas vazadas. O barulho é pior que aqueles ar condicionado de janela. Pedi para trocarem o apartamento, onde foi informado que o pessoal de manutenção nao wstava mais presente e nao havia outro apartamento vago. Comecei a procurar outro hotel, pois o barulho era muito alto. Mas em alguns minutos, recebi a ligacao que havia outro apartamento, porém, era com o mesmo final e o mesmo barulho. Ainda bem que o clima estava frio e acabei dormindo com o ar desligado, pois nao conseguiria dormir com aquele barulho. Nao voltarei mais. Foi a orimeira e última vez.
