The Bristol Brasil 500 was a unique looking hotel. The amenities and balcony view were wonderful. The staff was very kind. They did their best to communicate with me despite my lack of Portuguese. I highly recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel in the heart of Batel

Although it looks dated, my room was in excellent condition. Nice decor and furniture. Based opposite Curitiba shopping. Plenty of food outlets if you dont fancy the restaurant menu. Overall a nice hotel. Will use it again in the future. Thanks

Very good value at the time of year we visited compared to top hotels in other large cities we have visited. This part of Brazil is apparently a travel bargain in April. Only negative comments are that on some shifts English or Spanish speakers were not available. However, they were very helpful when they understood us. The hotel fitness center is inadequate. However, there is a nice gym nearby you can pay to use. Free breakfast buffet was enormous, if stocked with some items unfamiliar to Americans. I would expect to pay at least $20 for such a buffet in the US.

We love staying at Bristol! It’s perfectly located with an average of R$ 8 Uber ride to anywhere in the immediate bubble. It’s also right across the mall, where its a super convenience (clothes, food, pharmacy, laundry)! The staff is very polite, professional and helpful. Front desk agents speak English and some also Spanish. The prices are fair, but they could have better towels and blankets for that rate. Its also slightly outdated, and I wished their bar was actually active. Its a shame because its a great space. The breakfast is also really good, staff there are very nice too. Overall, while its not a perfect hotel; it’s my husband’s favorite place to stay in CWB.

Excelente localização , ótimo café da manhã e pessoal muito atencioso . Já é a terceira vez que me hospedo aí . Entretanto o serviço de camareira deixou a desejar . No segundo dia não houve serviço nenhum. No dia seguinte , a mesma coisa até à tarde quando reclamei na recepção . Então fizeram o serviço no final do dia . Fiquei surpresa com isso .

Pontos negativos: - O ar condicionado faz barulho e não há como controlar, apenas desligar; - Enquanto tomava banho, começou a sair água pelo ralo do lado de fora do box e inundou o banheiro; - A torneira da pia do banheiro fazia muito barulho; - carpet nos corredores; - cobertor na cama (e não edredom); Pontos positivos: - boa localização; - quarto grande; Em resumo, cabem muitas melhorias.

Bons funcionários, café da manhã muito bom. Questão dos cartões magnéticos muito ruins, desmagnetizavam 2x por dia pelo menos. Outra questão é a falta de segurança. Ao pedir pra magnetizar não há verificação nenhuma. Em uma ocasião pedi pra magnetizar pro quarteto que fiquei (1003), mas confundi e pedi o 1001 pq minha companhia estava no 1101. Dai entrei no 1001 sem problemas. Claro que percebi e saí na hora, mas e se for alguém mal intencionado?

Quarto enorme, super limpo e com uma cama excelente! Chuveiro muito bom e quente! Não tomei café da manhã (pois me hospedei para realizar um exame que precisava de jejum), mas meu marido disse que estava ótimo. Equipe educada e cordial. O estacionamento é pago a parte e o manobrista é rápido. Hotel muito bem localizado e fica na lateral do Shopping Curitiba. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar.
