"Hands down the worst hotel experience. They 'lost' one of the bookings for our party, so everyone had to pile into my room--including a child-- in the wee hours of the morning while I contacted Expedia, who mercifully was able to get them to actually recognize and respect our booking, which I had verified by phone and email before arrival. It smells like a scam around Carnival, though we were not there for carnival. Buyer beware as you may show up and they may have no record of your booking (wink wink) then try to charge you nearly a thousand US per night. Shameful. Then when called on it the hotel manager, after admitting a 'glitch' must have cancelled the reservation, denies via email that there was ever any evidence of an issue. Never in all my days... Buyer beware."
