"The bungalow was advertised as having air conditioning. What they didn’t say was only the bedrooms had air conditioning. The living area and kitchen had no ac. With 90 deg temperatures, it was very uncomfortable."
"The common are in the unit is not air conditioned couldn’t find any silverware in the kitchen gave up on planning to fix meals. Would have been better is there was over head fans the fan they did help didn't help staff was wonderful and the rooms did have air and were cool"

"The ocean view is incredible. Right on the beach with lots of restaurant options. Safe for all ages to go in water and do some snorkeling on the resort. Not far from other beaches as well. "
"I loved my stay at the Kontiki beach resort. Stayed on the non-luxury side and it was beautiful. The landscape, pathways and pools are beautiful, relaxing and private.
My only warning to other guests would be that on certain nights of the week that you won’t really know about in advance, you can hear very loud music from the bars on the beach and it goes till about 12 AM to 1 AM.
