"Everything about the property was perfect for our needs. We stayed in October during Tartufo festival, and one of the wine tastings was at this hotel. perfectly organized and wonderful wine selections. The breakfast is very good, and has several gluten free options as well as a barista to make coffees and cappuccinos. Beds were very comfy and location was extremely quiet. Parking is under the hotel, and you just need to run into the hotel on your arrival and they will open the gate for you. After that you can enter or exit with the room key. LOTS of restaurants and the entire old town is very walkable."

Room cleaned well, dailtly and cleaning ladies take note of the way we like things. They tidied the clothes we keft on footon. Breakfasts are tasty and pleantiful."

"This was a highlight on our drive from Lyon to Nice. In the charming small town of Fossano Italy, this beautiful former monastery was a special treat. Service was outstanding - friendly, respectful with English spoken flawlessly from many of the staff. Our room, with sky high vaulted wood beamed ceiling was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Modern bathroom with finished concrete bath and lovely toiletries. We enjoyed an apero in the bar ( complete with complimentary charcuterie plate at happy hour) and then dinner in their restaurant. Dinner was at a fine dining calibre with a modest price tag. Breakfast, included with our stay was filled with freshly baked cakes and pastries, fruit and delicious coffee. As fairly seasoned travellers, expectations in this mid price range are hit and miss. "The majority of the staff we dealt with were very nice and helpful, especially Roberta, we loved her. The hotel is very clean, very well maintained, the beds are quite comfortable and it is very reasonably priced. Breakfast is a little pricey, at €18 per person per day, but conveniently located beside the hotel is a grocery store, so if your room is equipped with a mini fridge, you can easily pick up a few things to make your own breakfast for a fraction of the cost. The hotel is a bit out of the way of everything, but there is a tram across the street that can easily take you to the city center. Also if you want a taxi, the staff can easily call one for you, but taxi drivers start the meter the moment they start driving to you, not the moment they pick you up, so often times our taxi would arrive at the hotel with the meter already at €10."
