"We had a wonderful stay here. Lovely friendly owners and the 3 bedroom, two bathroom accommodation was perfect for us. Vardiola beach was just a short walk away - quite a charming and quiet beach and lovely to have close by. Our favourite beach was Pinarello. It is possible to walk to this beach from Vardiola along the coast, but it takes a little while, so we preferred to drive there and park on the southern side of Pinarello beach. "This hotel is utterly beautiful, they have thought of everything with the design, we loved our room with our own little plunge pool. The staff were all lovely, friendly, warm and welcoming. The views are outstanding and location is perfect. The hotel is worthy of 5 stars, it really is, I have deducted a star because of the food. The breakfasts are great, great coffee, lots of choice. Other than breakfast the hotel does not do food, they just have a small snack menu which we tried once and it was dreadful. I think they use an outside chartering company and we were not impressed at all, maybe being French our expectations were too high as normally food in France is great. I think they are missing a trick as it would be very easy to do some simple cheese or meat platters, simple salad and fresh bread. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel though, its beautiful."
