"We could not have had a better place to stay since we were trying to be close to family but did not know what to expect. Our suite was very clean, but could have used a few things like towel racks, some place to hang clothes in the bathroom while showering, paper towels, and wash clothes. The food was excellent for breakfast. The pool was so awesome with a charming atmosphere. But the staff was the best part. So caring and helpful. Shernette, Russell and Doris over and above our expectation....

"I had a blast. This was my first time coming to Trinidad. The owner called me days prior to tell me the instructions. Got to the airport called her. She waited for me to get there. Gave me the keys and told me the unit. We had keys and a gate clicker. So it’s very safe with cameras all around!! The unit was very nice!! Communication was superb between us and the owners. "We stayed at the Regent Star overnight for a layover and we had a very pleasant experience. The shuttle to the from the airport was very convenient, the breakfast was good, and they allowed us a late checkout which was wonderful. The bed was a little firmer than we like, but we had a good night of rest. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"I love everything! I wish if I was staying longer. I really don't want to go home. The food was great, the bed was comfortable and the room was bigger than many hotels I have stayed at. The internet was excellent, I got to actually do my work. Because it's a residential area, I used the transportation app to call the TT version of Uber. Very convenient. I will be back and with friends!"

The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and they even provided great recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options.
The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed, including a cozy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping everything spotless throughout my stay.
One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s conveniently situated in the heart of Tunapuna, close commute to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas just a short walk away. Whether you're here for business or leisure, everything you need is within reach.
The on-site facilities were also impressive. The restaurant served delicious meals.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Great service, a prime location, and excellent amenities for the price. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!"
