Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"This stay at Blackthorn went above and beyond what I needed - some time and space for myself to write. In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! "I spent the most wonderful week at Little Lemhill Farm Cottage. The cottage is on a beautiful Cotswold farm, that is surrounded by beautiful gardens, trees and a pond. It's very quiet and relaxing. "The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"Kitchen and floors were not clean at all. Food still stuck to cutlery and dirty glasses. Grubby work tops. Lots of cobwebs in the house, which is due to lack of cleaning. Bed & bathroom were clean enough. No mirrors in any of the rooms, we had to share 1 mirror in the landing between 5 girls which isn’t that great. To be honest if you’re not overly fussy or care where you stay it’s a great location and quiet village. "

"Just spent one night here and it was fabulous. Everywhere was exceptionally clean, decor modern and airy, staff very friendly and the room was functional, clean and well laid out. There was even a choice of hard or soft pillows. Very modern bathroom, with a lovely large shower. If I had to pick one criticism it would be that the actual shower wasn’t powerful at all. For such a fabulous bathroom I expected quite a good shower. But if that’s all I have to pick up on then it was great! Breakfast was plentiful and hot, which isn’t always the case. We will definitely stay at a Hampton by Hilton again & highly recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, nicely decorated, excellent hotel. "
