"The staff was helpful and clarified a few things at check-in; the room was decent, though there were some issues—specifically, the bathroom sink faucet, shower, and toilet were all leaking. There was no iron available, and one of the mattresses was uncomfortable, leaving me with a backache in the morning. On the plus side, it was a very quiet stay with no loud noise."
