"Booked a room with a kitchen and it had no/zero POTS PANS DISHES COFFEE CUPS SILVERWARE. Not even a coffee pot Had to go to the lobby to get our 6 oz paper cup of coffee in the morning. Really??? But the room was clean and in good repair and heat worked great!"
