"This hotel is a bit run down and very sketchy in appearance. Almost seemed like there are permanent residents there as opposed to travelers. My major complaint pointed out to the desk clerk is the refurbished bathroom floor was placed on top of the original floor raising the threshold to about 1.5" high. My wife tripped on it 3 times in the first 20 minutes. This tripping hazard is going cause someone to fall and get hurt which will result in a lawsuit. The desk clerk said he would "inform management." The door to the room (193) had to be slammed in order to close it. Either the door or the door frame must be bent. This is the LAST Ramada Inn I will ever stay in."
