"Place was not clean: there was limescale over most of the bathroom and dirt in corners with water damage, in general even after the cleaner came it was not clean and the place looks like it needs renovation. There is a lot of wear and tear on the place. I think maybe it’s more aimed at students."

"Our check-in was great. Adrien was very welcoming and friendly. So was our server at the restaurant the following day. The rest of the staff were helpful but I felt less welcoming. The hotel is very upscale and chic. Breakfast was extraordinary. The amenities were great. There was a complimentary bottle of water for us which is not common in the other hotels we stayed in Argentina. I knew when I booked this hotel that they have a Nespresso machine in the room, and for me it was one of its attractions. In my experience hotels that have it are more on the luxe side. However this is the first hotel that charged for the Nespresso pods! Regardless of the price I thought that was very cheap of them. "
