"I wish I could give 10 stars for the staff at the hotel and accompanying restaurant. I felt so welcome and they really made me feel better when I was bummed about being alone on my Birthday (play violins here). But seriously, Kirsty is an angel on earth and the staff at the restaurant were so friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and safe. The bed was super comfortable. While the location is a little isolated, the taxi service is very reliable. There’s a bus stop about a 10 min walk away. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Good hotel - a little understaffed in places, but the staff on reception were particularly helpful. Breakfast was good, although a buffet would have been more flexible than ordering from the menu. Spa facilities were good, but it was really quite busy. Overall, an enjoyable stay! "

"Lovely place! Cheap and clean. Lovely area near the sea. Offers breakfast and theres a bar right next door. Lovely bed and bathroom."

"Room was not ready on arrival, staff member was disinterested. Bedroom window was damaged, taped together, and did not open. Stains on bedroom carpet. Bathroom mirror looked clean, but once steamed up the words " clean me please" were visible."

"The hotel is in an ideal location to walk to the nearby Kelpies or Falkirk football club. Staff are excellent all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is about the shower the water pressure was pathetic and one night there was no hot water. Food at Cooks was excellent and definitely worth going back for that alone."

"I stay here frequently and have no complaints. It’s comfortable, clean, good breakfast. Note to the manager - room 216 - get a MIRROR in it! I mentioned it to staff and they said they get lots of complaints about it! So sort it!! There’s a DIY store just along the road!! "
