"They didn’t have my reservation the only available rooms I had to pay extra they pretended for 40min to check the system they saw I was not willing to pay extra for a mistake on their end so after 1hr like a miracle a room became available at the rate I reserved. It basically ruined my evening wasted over 1hr trying to check in. Service was awful my pillow had red stains, sheets had stains. "

"This is our second stay at Zar Culiacan and have again found the staff to be very helpful and polite. The only downside is the surrounding properties - it is an industrial area (although a large mall is close) and consequently the area is not very visually appealing. What you make up for in proximity to the highway, you lose in visual attractiveness. We would definitely stay here again as an overnight stopover."
