"It was nice and pleasant, it did what it said on the tin, it was nice. I would suggest a good 3 star resort, or an okay 4 star resort. No real issues apart from the lift breaking down a couple of times and a room clean that could have been better. The question is would I go back? If it was at the right price and I was on a budget then yes I would be happy to return."

Even from the moment you walk into the lobby, you are greeted by spacious, beautifully decorated interiors and a wonderful view. The staff here are incredibly nice and welcoming. "Canadian here. My wife (American) and I went to this resort on the last leg of our honeymoon for 5 nights in a Deluxe Room with a hot tub and ocean view. Despite the poor first impression, we had an excellent time! Facts: -The food was consistently outstanding at the buffet. They had a different meal theme each night we were there. -Next to the resort is a free natural swimming pool that is iconic in beauty and fun. The pool is shallow enough to walk in & be warm, and the ocean waves crash into & over the pool making for magical pictures. It's about 5 min from the resort (you can see it from the resort). It's NOT something for people who cannot walk well. This was our favorite part! (Piscina Natural Acantilado de Los Gigantes on Google) -About a 20 min walk south is Playa de la Arena. A black sand beach that is also beautiful. -The pier is a 20 min walk north, where you can rent jet skis (recommended but extra €) at Los Gigantes Blue or catch a boat tour. -All around the resort are good restaurants, and there is a corner store next to the resort too! -3 pools; all are very nice. -Spa seemed meh, but cheapish. -Tennis costs €5 for 1 hr with a €20 cash deposit. -Extra towels are €2. -The on-resort night performances were mid during our stay, and the activities were lackluster. Enjoyable, but not exceptional. -As a Canadian / American, getting here can be difficult; mostly the other guests were Europeans. -People all understood English, or found someone who did."

"The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower and bath had good pressure and temperature. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the high-traffic tourist areas but still only a few minutes away from local beaches, shops and restaurants. Our favorite part was having drinks and relaxing by the pool. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet had a good variety to chose from. Made to order egg omelets, fried eggs, crepes and waffles, plenty of fruits, juices, pastries, etc. as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back without hesitation. Now the minor things which I would improve: Toilet paper is the thinnest kind - I would expect something a bit more premium. The strawberries in cocktails and topping for crepes are frozen, I would expect fresh strawberries. The tv in our room didn’t have streaming apps and chromecast didn’t work / password wasn’t in the room. The elevators were dated, especially the one to the parking garage, it would open doors multiple times and drop a bit when a person would get in. The live music was great but ran a bit late for my liking, (until 11pm) ."

"Great option for budget Before mentioning any negatives, I want to start by saying the staff were amazing and highly professional. The person who greeted us was one of the best hotel staff members I’ve ever encountered and truly deserves recognition. It’s also worth noting that this is a 3-star budget hotel, so expectations should be set accordingly—you generally get what you pay for. The main building has great charm, being over 300 years old, which adds character to the stay. We booked a budget room (Room 104), which had a small courtyard but lacked any real views. One of the major concerns was the lack of air conditioning. Although units are present, they don’t work effectively. During summer, the island gets very hot, and the room often felt like an oven, which made it uncomfortable at times. The pool is small but serves its purpose well as a place to cool off. There is also a sun terrace with around 40 loungers, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was included, but as part of a budget offering, the hot food could have been better. It was often cold, and unfortunately, the plates provided didn’t fit in the microwave to reheat the food. The bathroom was missing sink plugs for both the sink and the bath, which was inconvenient. It would also have been a big improvement if the room had a fridge. On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location in a lovely town, ideal for those looking for a quieter holiday"
