"The staff in dining area were excellent, friendly, and very attentive. Lunch was the best meal of the day. Our room was clean and spacious - we stayed in the log cabins. The beach didn't have lounge chairs this time around and the swings were so high up you couldn't use them at all.
Wi-fi was paid for in advance but not provided in our room and had to bring up to the front desk - didn't know this was an amenity that isn't included for all but with Hotels.com it was."

"The change the price when I payed at the hotel. The bathroom eas dirty and moldy. I will never stay in a hotel like thia one. The only good thing was the AC."

"There's a three-kilometer dirt road leading from the highway that you need to access. It's full of rocks. If your car is low to the ground, you'll definitely have problems.
We had problems with the toilet in the second bedroom. We left and it was dirty when we returned. Amazing pool, the walk to the river was lovely, the surrounding nature was beautiful. Birds were singing, the flowers were blooming. "

"The air conditioner is as not working, the WiFi only worked at the pool. Tv did not work and the pool was too dirty and the hot tub was way too hot burned my self. I do not recommend it. Save your money and trip it’s very deep in the woods"

"This hotel is amazing, it has the perfect location, a beautiful beach, close to enough and good restaurants, walking distance to night life, and overall access to tours and entertainment of everything Tela has to offer.
