The staff is incredible...they are super friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast is hands down amazing and don't get me started on the coffee. You can tell that they are remodeling the hotel and it is looking great.

Solo estuvimos una noche pero todo tranquilo, las instalaciones muy bonitas. Únicamente tuvimos el detalle de que tarda un poco en salir el agua caliente, fuera de eso, muy recomendado.

The pool area was nice non hot water you had to ask for hot water when I had to take a shower same for toilet paper the staff most of the time didn’t ask if you need something especially at the pool

Un hotel con mucho potencial, muy descuidadas las instalaciones, algunas habitaciones tienen olor a caño, las ventanas muy sucias y la vista ni se diga, podrían cambiar las puertas que se ven muy viejas, buen servicio.

Fue pesima! Para bañarte debes de llamar a recepcion y te dicen espere 20 minutos a que se caliente! Se descompuso el clima y no me resolvieron

Lo bueno. La mayoría del personal es muy amable, sobre todo Dany de Recepción, y Caro de restaurante. Lo malo. El servicio de alimentos a la habitación es muy lento, 1 vaso de leche tardo media hora. Al llegar a la habitación estaba como horno. No hay más opciones de habitación pued todas dan para el mismo lado y les da el sol todo el día , si saben que llegarán huéspedes se asigna y se pretende el aire, la gente llega acalorada. Hay que fumigar. Hay hormigas en las habitaciones. Y por último, 3 veces tuve que pedir toallas, y cuando por fin me las llevaron (literal un día después) la actitud de la chica pésima, que le diera las otras dos ante sde darme las limpias, y solo había 1 toallas que por el tamaño parecía de manos, le dije que solo había 1 toalla y me responde "debería haber dos" o sea a mi no me importan sus procedimientos de ama de llaves, los cuales vi que están mal, y por qué tendría que yo mentirle, no está bien que increpen así a los huéspedes, más aún cuando ya tardaron 1 día en llevar las.toallas, e insisto, la forma de dirigirse a los huéspedes, aunque también observé que está mismo chica de ama de llaves le habla igual a sus compañeros, pues de la misma forma despierta le pidió la llave de la habitación a su compañera de recepción. Pésima actitud.
