Wonderful hotel in the heart of Cuenca

The Hotel Felicia was a terrific find! Located in the heart of Cuenca, two blocks from the Plaza Calderon and the New Cathedral, it made it easy to walk to all the places we wanted to visit in the Historic Center. The room was clean and comfortable, the hot water delightful, the staff helpful and friendly, and the inside of the hotel simply beautiful. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely be back whenever I visit the city.

Beautiful hotel, very nice staff.

Hotel is decorated beautifully. Staff in very nice. The only problem is that you can hear the kitchen noises at around 7.00 am.

Very nice place not your usual hotel style

We were pleasantly surprised , looks like what we saw on the website. Its homey and you get the warm feeling when you first walk in. The staff was very friendly. Polite and helpful. My family and i enjoyed this place very much. Breakfast was delicious.service was excellent.
