"The room was spacious, cool, and clean (+ the beds were comfy & the shower was great)...and we had a spectacular view of the water! The pool and poolside bar were both perfect! Breakfast was excellent every day, and they continued to refill all food up until 10am, when it ends. ALL staff were super friendly and accommodating! The free shuttle was so handy, very efficient, and greatly appreciated. Our stay actually could not have been any better! 10/10 recommend. "

"We arrived an hour early asked if we could get into our room early, was told it wan't ready but they would text as soon as it was. Never texted. It's not the properties fault but if in an outside room forget about sleeping! The roosters start around 3:30AM. What is the properties fault is the timing of garbage pickup. One morning the truck was emptied at 3:30AM another day 5:AM which is ridiculous, luckily the Roosters already had me up."

"Pools were great! We ate lunch and breakfast poolside. Water front room on the 1st floor was amazing! You walk out to almost a private beach that overlooks the water. They offer shuttles downtown but we missed them each day and ended up ubering back and forth. The ride is short but $40 round trip uber a day adds up."

"We stayed for one night so we didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. We had a beachfront room and the view was fabulous!! The room was spacious enough. The room amenities were a little sparse with only three cups and a very tiny bar of soap for both of us to share. Having said that it doesn't change our opinion about the room or hotel. The turtles and parrot were very cool. The restaurant was fine. Food was good. The included breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a unique property that is close to downtown Key West."
