The shower floor was ultra slippery and the lack of a shower curtain allowed the splashing water to spill out onto the tile floor making getting out treacherous. The soap did was hanging off the wall.The sauna was closed due to repairs and the pool closed early. The "

I complained and was told by the Manager that we had been informed of the on going works, this was not true. We would not have booked if we had been informed. He also told me that the hotel had no communication with hotels.com Breakfast very poor! Room was good apart from noise Will not use again. Please refund our costs. Graham Aldrich"
