Las instalaciones son viejitas. Se oye mucho ruido de una habitación a otra. Tuve que reportar un cuarto que tenía fiesta 3 veces, estuvieron hasta las 3am. Por otro lado, la atención es muy cordial y la comida del restaurante muy buena.

Tiene errores y fallas en varios aspectos los cuartos no están totalmente aislados existe una pequeña brecha entre puertas el cual puedes ver el cuarto de al lado si hay bastante gente En los cuartos aledaños todas sus conversaciones se pueden escuchar no hay privacidad al 100%, la limpieza es algo cuestionable algunas aspectos del baño no funcionaban

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, la alberca esta muy bien y el personal es muy amable y atento, lo único que me incomodó un poco es que se escucha el ruido de afuera y desde temprano el personal de limpieza hace ruido y los radios de comunicación los tienen en alto volumen.

El hotel es algo viejo pero nada feo, el área de alberca es súper bonito y cierra a buena hora, está a una cuadra del centro por lo que hay muchísimo que ver y hacer. Me tocó ver detalles de basura de huéspedes anteriores.

Me gusto mucho la alberca que tiene calefacción eso hace q en cualquier temporada se pueda acudir. Me agrada la ubicación y el lugar es agradable.

Les deje la llave para estacionar mi coche. Ellos lo estacionaron y me despertaron a las 7 am para que moviera el coche. Servicio terrible. No se queden aqui si tienen otra opcion.

El hotel es bueno, los alimentos están buenos y a buen precio. Lo único malo es que no hay duchas en la zona de las albercas, por lo que no te puedes duchar para quitarte el cloro. Solo en la habitación. Esto implica que si haces check out no te puedes quedar un rato más en la alberca.
