"Room was clean and very comfortable. I didn’t use any facilities in the hotel. Stayed there as I was attending a concert at the O2 Arena next door, literally next door - a minute’s walk. Perfect place to stay if you have an event there. "

"The room was great and clean, we loved the shower and the little nespresso machine, nice details, entrances were nice, clean. Bed’s were nice and comfortable. Location was great, close to the metro station, museum and one of the principal street with restaurants and shops. We recommend this place 100%. Will visit again. "

"Pros: very clean, helpful staff, very well-located Cons: heating unit broke three times during my three night stay (was fixed immediately but still, inconvenient), flashing red light in my room that I couldn't turn off, heating unit had a bright white light that lit up my room like a moon, no side table lights to read in bed or have softer light for the room"

"Overall is fine. The toilet being separated from the sink and shower is very inconvenient. You need to wash your hands after using the toilet but not accessible right away as there is only one sink and it is inside the bathroom. So for a family whose more likely to use both amenities at the same time it becomes inconvient."
