"Do not have any high expectations- this hotel property is very basic. There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. "If I traveled to Keszthely again, I would pick the same place. The owners were very hospitable and very helpful in arranging extra activities, like our bike rental. Practical bonuses: a fridge in the room, a coffee maker in the main hall, complimentary tea and coffee; all making it possible to grab a snack before going out in the morning. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, whereas the lake, the beach and the center of Keszthely are within a walking distance. Overall, I would recommend it...

"The Outside doesn't look so nice, this is the first view! But if you meet the Girls by your Check-in, the are so friendly, you see your Room, nice and clean! You can walk in 5 minuets to the Lake Balaton, to visit the Beach, find a good spot to eat and much more. Also the Breakfirst was good, and the parking spot is direkt in front of the Hotel. I would like to Recommend it ! "

"The staff were very polite and friendly. We were impressed with our room size and layout. The hotel grounds were well kept and the spa facilities were clean and working well. We enjoyed the selection at our evening meal. All in all, it was a perfect weekend getaway!"

"The hotel closes at 8pm. No staff are onsite after that. You are supposed to receive a text with instructions to a lock box. I arrived 7.45pm. Staff had gone home early and the manager "forgot" to text me the lock box code. Manager did not answer the emergency phone, Expedia tried to contact the hotel, no answer to their team either. Fortunately another couple arrived and I gained admittance. A quick survey of reception I located my check in details and a room key. If arriving after 8pm I would give this hotel a miss. There is an abundance of hotels in the area"

"I had an amazing time at Ensana Thermal Hévíz. The hotel is only a short walk from the lake and right next to a lovely park/forest. I had a room overlooking the park and the lake which was nice. The hotel has great facilities, and a large selection of both wellness and medical spa treatments. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The food was nice and they had some vegetarian options and lighter/healthier meals too. The hotel also offers exercise classes during the day and social events most evenings. The only thing thing i didn't like was when they decided to drill holes into the ceiling in the spa area while it was still open and guests were still in the pools. I felt it could have been done outside of spa opening hours instead as it created a lot of noise and guests had to walk through debris falling from the ceiling. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and i will definitely be back."
