"Our stay started off very badly when we arrived around 11pm and the face recognition did not work to allow us entry. It took us an hour to sort out, trying to get help from the whatsapp helpline. The doorman did not speak English, and I tried using google translate to translate what i was saying into Portuguese, but he refused to do the same back. "Avoid. It’s outdated and unclean with thin sheets and old blankets. Still has fluorescent lighting. The shower head has not been cleaned in months or years. Still using physical keys you need to drag around with you and to enter the parking lot you need to stop your car and beep the horn util someone in the office notices and lets you in. "

"Its ok for those who enjoy simple hotels. The rooftop and the pool is a plus. Air conditioner is loud. It is next to downtown but its surrounding area gets desert after the afternoon, it is dark and feels unsafe so as to walk."
