"Much better than a hotel. Quiet, peaceful & safe. The outside lights were good. The staff was nice & helpful. It was no trouble to get extra washcloths & coffee filters. We stayed in the economy double unit 21 but there most units around us were empty. Our location was up on a hill overlooking peaceful land & we also had grassy outdoor space right outside our door . There were wild geese & deer running around at times. We had the end unit of a fourplex. The neighbor said that unit 12 inside unit, with porch with table & chairs & BBQ had a kitchen, which we did not need. We were told we could use the outdoor table & chairs from the unit next door since it was empty. The bed was comfortable & the bedspread was cute & functional..the linens were good. The towels were fluffy & soft. The room had a small nice refrigerator, microwave & 4 cup coffee maker. The room was a good size. It had a square table & 2 chairs, a desk & chair & a long dresser with tv on it. The furniture was in decent condition. The room was clean with the shower, toilet & sink in good repair. Outside of the bathroom was a vanity area around the sink & hanging closet area that was nice. The interior walls & flooring were in good condition. We stayed 5 nights & prefered it over a hotel room. If we ever came back to the area we would not hesitate to come here. It's not luxury but it fit with what we needed. CON- WiFi is not very good. Outside picnic table & door could have used a good paint job."

"Great room. Great hotel. Great price. Our stay was part of a 2 week road trip. This was our best room and the lowest price. We stayed in the Babe Ruth Suite. It was a little noisy. Maybe ghosts?"

"I arrived about 40 minutes early and the room was not ready. No big deal I told them I would wait. An hour later I went to see if the room was ready (now this was 20 minutes after check-in ) and they said it was still not ready. The first time they checked on the room they told me housekeeping would get in the room right away. When I asked if I could switch rooms they said no because I had booked through Hotels.com. This was a problem of theirs so I was really upset that they gave me such a hard time. The front desk staff did go up and find out what the delay was and after about another 10 minutes the room was ready. By this time I was tired and since it had rained all day I was also wet so I was not real comfortable. I did enjoy the casino downstairs but the pool is a long walk and walking through the casino in your swimsuit and cover up is a little weird. The room was perfectly fine and I didn't really use any other amenities. I didn't mind paying for parking because they did give you a voucher for the casino for the same amount of parking was so it all came out even. Even with the mess up on check-in I would still recommend this hotel because of the location and the casino being downstairs"
