Stay away from this property and area, terribly unsafe which is the reason this Hotel has no free access from the outside and you have to ring a bell fir someone to open the gates. Its my first lifetime that there were NO TOWELS in the room and the reason given at front desk is that "usually the guests steal them...". Other unique experience is that you have to get a pass when you checkout, the pass will give you access to exit from refered gates after giving it to a guard. There are many orher Hotels close to the Highway which are a much better choice as safe.

No se que está pasando con los Radissons en México pero dejan mucho que desear, la limpieza deja mucho que desear y se aprovechan que hay eventos en Cuernavaca para cobrar como si fueran un 5 estrellas. Después de haber pagado una fortuna por mis habitaciones todavía me querían cobrar 850 Pesos por habitación por “early check in” (esto fue a la 13:30) las habitaciones ya estaba listas y sin ocupar pero quieren sangrar a los clientes por todos lados. El elevador no funciona ni mamá es mayor de edad y tiene problemas de movilidad por lo que subir a las habitaciones fue comolicado. Las ventanas llenas de Polvo y telarañas. Lo único bonito es el jardín, pero Cualquier hotel de Cuernavaca tiene un jardín lindo. En pocas palabras no vuelvo .
