Stay away from this property and area, terribly unsafe which is the reason this Hotel has no free access from the outside and you have to ring a bell fir someone to open the gates. Its my first lifetime that there were NO TOWELS in the room and the reason given at front desk is that "usually the guests steal them...". Other unique experience is that you have to get a pass when you checkout, the pass will give you access to exit from refered gates after giving it to a guard. There are many orher Hotels close to the Highway which are a much better choice as safe.

El hotel está lejos de Cuernavaca, no es ideal para salir a pasear o restaurantes pues todo queda lejos. Como tal el lugar es muy bonito y los jardines son preciosos. Si vas como yo con 2 niños, el espacio de las albercas es muy simple pero están climatizadas, que es súper bueno en invierno. Nuestra habitación tuvimos una ubicación horrible junto a una oficina que cada vez que alguien entraba sonaba un dispositivo de acceso, fatal. No probamos el restaurante, preferimos salir.

La habitación en buen estado, pero el colchón es extra firme, Isra demasiado duro, los muebles de hechura bastante corriente, la pantalla de TV no funcionaba y tuve que esperar más de 1 hora para que llegara mantenimiento y no sabía nada, yo la tuve que arreglar. Falta de mantenimiento en los baños, la coladera estaba suelta.
