The room was clean, staff was very polite and helpful. Minor maintenance repairs needed on cupboard sliding mechanism and shower door. Minor repairs being done on the older parts of the large compound, which is generally well maintained. Tennis court is being worked on to include Pickle ball lines

We had a lovely room, great location, pool is clean, drinks & food are very good. Unfortunately some of the serving staff are very slow or ignore you. I think they could triple their sales on food & liquor if they just trained or changed the staff? Front desk staff is excellent. Room was very well maintained & clean. Cleaning staff is very good.

The cabins are beautiful, clean, spacious and modern. And the staff are so kind and welcoming. What’s really the highlight of this hotel is the location, right on the beach. I will be coming back !

The room was excellent with a great fridge/freezer and cooking facilities so we could choose whether to cook for ourselves or use the restaurant or local food outlets. The staff were so very helpful, especially the room cleaners who were always happy and made everything feel chilled and safe. The location is stunning with beaches immediately accessible from the hotel and a short walk to others. All round, an absolutely great place to stay 😍😍

Crown Point Positive Experience

Great location, great food and very friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and access to the beach was easy. The convenience store next to the hotel was perfect for our needs. The hotel location made it easy access to the airport and no issues getting a taxi. Thanks for making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

However, the restaurant staff is extremely unprofessional, with very poor attitude and little respect for tourists.
