"Shared a room among the three of us. Upstairs portion had own bathroom and bed while downstairs was king and respective bathroom. We had two reservations so saw two different room styles. The first set up had closed doors for the bottom room which allowed for more privacy. The second room had an open floor plan so the king room was open to the living space and you could hear the bottom floor from the top and the top floor from the bottom if that’s something that would bother you. The main reason why we stayed here is that it offers a free hotel shuttle directly to the lake Louise area, where you can get to the Fairmont, where all the hiking trail start, canoe, etc. It’s more of a rustic/log cabin style room so if you’re looking for something that’s more modern/up-to-date, this isn’t your place. However, everything is very well maintained. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The outpost, casual dining had exceptional food and we loved it. We also ate at the fancy restaurant and the food was good, but honestly, the outpost casual dining was better. Overall great day and wonderful services for the convenience of getting to and from the park and not having to worry about paying for parking, getting permits through parks Canada every day, or waking up at the crack of dawn to get to the free parking lot."

"Location is excellent and rooms clean! Stayed in renovated rooms on the main side and they were great! Enjoyed breakfast which was reasonably priced. Front desk staff helpful and courteous. Parking free and easy. I don’t believe they have elevators but there are only two floors."

"Great stay at the cute, clean and convenient Paradise Bungalows! Loved the location. The collaboration that Paradise Bungalows has with Mountain Too Transport was an added bonus as it made it really easy to book transport to the Lakes. Very friendly and helpful Staff!"

"We loved being in a remote area. We also loved at how there were no TVs and WiFi was only working if you go to the office. We wished we could stay longer but we put this on our bucket list to come back again and bring our kids with us next time. We want them to appreciate nature without being glued to their phones or iPads."
