"Poor housekeeping. The bed appeared to be very hurriedly made with wrinkled sheets not fit to the mattress and disheveled pillows. Heavy dust on the bathroom shelf. One of the TP rolls left empty on the holder. Toilet seat had streaks of brown with obvious filth around the back of the seat where the hinges are. My husband stayed here years ago and it was an outstanding property at that time. With the Hilton name behind it Iexpected a much better quality of care and attention to detail. "

"Very nice place! I have stayed here previously, and would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately the passive exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working, leading to steamed mirrors, and other unpleasantness."

"Cute place but definitely needs updates. Pictures look similar but definitely out dated photos. Bedroom window didn’t lock. We arrived at night, NO LIGHTS out front to be able to see to get in. The windows were all unlocked when we arrived. My kids suffer from allergies and this house had dirty air vents and filter, so they ended up very congested. The bathroom light is hanging from the ceiling. On a positive note the water is hot and the beds were comfortable. Won’t be rebooking!!"

"Owner is neglectful of basic maintenance. Closet door was freestanding and not attached to anything and fell over onto my child. Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets. Dryer was disconnected and vented into the house when used. "
