"The facilities at the hotel were great, especially in the common areas. Our room was not cleaned each day and the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, to the poijt of it being hard to sleep; needs to be serviced."

Our check-in experience with Tkono (I am pretty sure I'm spelling her name wrong and my sincere apologies) was fantastic - we felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in the lobby and we appreciated her friendliness and helpfulness. Bed was really comfortable. This hotel has been completely upgraded with nice touches throughout, including a cute courtyard. Parking was easy and the location is great - we walked everywhere. Did not stay for breakfast but it looked adequate and is included with the stay. We will definitely return. "
