"Great hotel to be stuck at during the winter blizzard here that has various highways shut down again around us on the way North. Clean, pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. Breakfast offered omelettes, sausages, boiled eggs, waffles/pancakes, yogurt, bagels and more. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. "

"I had an excellent stay at this property. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay very relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is also very convenient, with many shops and useful places nearby, making it easy to get anything during the stay. Overall, the comfort, cleanliness, and great service made the experience wonderful. I would definitely recommend this property to other travellers and would happily stay here again."

"The room was cozy and warm, we loved the suite, there was a lot of storage area for foodstuffs and belongings to be stowed away so the room didn't look messy. The coffee supplied was delicious, and breakfast was better than expected. When we return to Sault Ste. Marie, we will definitely book here again, it was close to shopping and to relatives and we felt secure at night."
