The hotel is old and in desperate need of a renovation. The room was clean and we were able to rest and resume our trip the next morning. Breakfast was sparse at best. If you're on a tight budget, this is it.

ruim, o quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, so tinha um secador no hotel inteiro para os hospedes usarem e estava sepre emprestado.

O hotel em geral tem boa estrutura, estacionamento, elevadores funcionando, café da manhã variado, atendimentos no checkin e checkout bom. O grande problema foi que o colchão de mola não é confortável, não conseguimos dormir direito as três noites. Tivemos vontade de solicitar o cancelamento assim que chegamos, mas não queríamos atrapalhar nossa programação para a festa. Minha sugestão é camas de tamanho Queen e colchões de espuma ou material melhor do que molas que são muito desconfortáveis e outra sugestão é lençóis de elástico na parte de baixo, pois os usados sempre saiam por não serem de elásticos. Ponto positivo também é o chuveiro!

Já foi melhor o café da manhã!

Caiu bastante a qualidade e variedade das opções do café da manhã, nos dois dias não tinha mamão, num deles o pão francês estava seco, a orelha de gato queimada, não houve reposição do queijo e os ovos mexidos não estava aprazível aos olhos. Longe do padrão de café de Chapecó, por exemplo.

O quarto era pequeno e estava sujo, banheiro sujo, estava chovendo e havia barulho muito alto de pingos no ar condicionado, impossível de dormir, tv antiga de tubo antiga com defeito no áudio e imagem em alguns canais ruins,não havia vista pela janela apenas parede. O café da manhã não tinha horário flexível, devido a ser terceirizado, mesmo solicitando antecipação por causa de compromisso cedo da manhã, pouca variedade no café, louça suja.
