"After a rather pot holed approach road to the site you are greeted by a terraced bungalow complex. On my second night I discovered there is accommodation in the attic with bare floor boards- I had a rather noisy person above me! "The new owners have only been there since March 2024 so any previous reviews are for others and not relevant. Customer service was second to none and couldn't have been better. Very accommodating to dietary requirements. Lovely breakfast and evening meal. Lovely atmosphere. Decor is a little tired in places but easily remedied. Shower pressure in my room was very low but others in our group were happy with theirs."

"Room 3 The room was cold the widows seal was letting in a cold draft. Thery is no chair in the room. I found a slug on the floor next to the fridge their mould in the bathroom and by the entrance to the room in the kitchen. Constant banging doors as other tenants enter the kitchen. Noise from tenants using the kitchen and the smell of food."
