"This hotel is very clean and modern. The convenience of being a 5 minute walk from the train station makes it a perfect location, especially when taking the train to/from the airport. Also there is a big supermarket only a 2 minute walk away. Would stay here again."

"The apartment was nice, comfortable but too simple for my taste. However, we were very disappointed that it did not have the amenities they offer. We spoke to our host and he told us that he didn't know that you were promoting the apt as a hotel with a pool and sauna that we had to complain to you: Expedia We feel scammed, I think we paid too much and should receive a refund."

"What can I say?? This apartment is AMAZING!! I actually am reluctant to give it such a great review as I want to keep it to myself! Gabriel is a incredibly thoughtful host and the apartment is so beautiful, great view, close to amenities and not far to the central town by taxi. Underground parking is extra but worth it and also a cleaning fee is paid for but totally worth it as the property is spotless. "

The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated how quiet and restful it was, allowing me to relax after a long day of travel. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the convenient location, with easy access to the airport and the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would gladly return and recommend Hotel Phoenicia Express to anyone looking for a good, reliable hotel in Bucharest. Thank you for the hospitality! "

"Just bs k from 4 days at this amazing apartment. Generally when I ready some reviews and look at pictures I wonder if they are true or not. Well in this cases it’s absolutely spot on. The apartment is modern and of a very high standard. It’s a penthouse with a fantastic view. Checking in was simple as the host sent me details of how to access the apartment. They were very professional and polite. There is a Lidl close by if you want to buy some food as it’s self catering. There is a great balcony that gives you wonderful. 10/10 for this apartment."

"The rooms at this hotel are clean and spacious. The staff was nice (and there's a cat that lives at the hotel who likes to ride the elevator!). The breakfast was solid. The hotel is extremely close (about 2-3 minutes walk) to Bucharest Gard du Nord, so very convient for trains. It's also about 5 minutes from a metro stop."

"great: coms with the manage was EXCELLENT. they helped me solve any issues that came up. very kind and helpful. Very good value for money. for me, it was excellent to have the gym 5min walk 60RON entrance, and it had everything i needed. a quick grocery shop is SUPER easy! this place is great for a low-key, chill experience, where you're in the burbs just chilling with other local families in the area. to consider: I didnt notice a clothes dryer, so for short stays, harder to dry the clothes. I knew there wasnt a pool etc on-site, but the listing is very unclear, it's says "guest access". "
