"They were filling the pool, so I assume that was why the sheets had not been properly rinsed. The fumes were hazardous! My eyes were stinging and my throat burned. They did switch rooms but I felt sick all night and into the next day. Supposed to be discounted 20% but was not. Manager was supposed to contact me but did not. Suggest you don't go in May. Other times I've stayed here was very good, but I may not go back. Seriously disappointed"

"I had to argue with the desk clerk to get an extra towel. The water temperature in the shower never went above lukewarm."

"Everything about my stay was good. The room was clean & smelled clean. That’s a biggie for me. The staff that I came in contact with were very pleasant. If I had anything negative to say it would be about the mattress. It was very soft. I think it’s about time to replace it."

"Lorena (spelling) is the BEST!!! We absolutely love her. She will not let you run out of anything. She always welcomes us with a nice clean room. Always a perfect stay at Jacks!! Secludish, and you won’t beat the view or the staff!"
