"Very inconvenient parking"

"Clean room with just about everything you need—fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and an iron/board. Included breakfast is a nice perk, even if it’s just average. Tons of parking spaces, though they do charge a fee for overnight parking."

"Stayed here on 5/12. About half of the property was under construction/renovation during our stay, so there was quite a bit of noise and we were unable to rest when we arrived. Our room had not yet been renovated and felt very outdated, so hopefully the updated rooms are an improvement. We also ran out of toilet paper late at night and had to walk to the reception area to get more, as no one offered to bring it to the room. What bothered me most was that this happened around 9 PM and there were two employees at the front, one of whom was sitting on the couch at the time. Another issue was that our TV did not work. I called while we were out and asked if someone could at least take a look at it or try to fix the issue, but I was simply told "no." That said, considering the price, the stay was not terrible. The location was convenient, check-in was quick, and they did allow us to check in three hours early at no extra charge, which I appreciated. However, knowing what I know now, I would personally spend a little more to stay somewhere better next time."

"The front desk staff was amazing! Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and they served us a complimentary wine while we waited. The room was small but so cute! Everything was clean and appeared maintained. Valet was thoughtful and quick, and overall the stay was an absolute delight."

"Hallways floor covered in taprd plastic like a crime scene. Very odd. Hotel room was very hot. Hotel did not enclose the room I was booking had road crews outsidd of it redoing the parking lot, making a very loud morning after being up so late with my child at the hospital. Couldnt even open the balcony door because of the smell and fumes from the parking lot being redone. Loud grinding and workers yelling first thing in the morning was the very last thing I wanted to deal with for $218 a night."

"We stayed here twice. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are non-smoking and there are signs all over “No Smoking within 25 Feet”; however, no one enforces it. In both rooms we stayed people were outside smoking cigarettes, pot and cigars. The smoke came right in through the air conditioning vent whether the air was on or not."

"We arrived at 1 -am to hotel . Our room had bird type feathers and in the bed there was buggers and blood on the sheets . The room had a bad smell . Asked to be changed rooms and request was denied the front desk said they would clean the room . We did get new bedding but they never vacuumed the room . So tired we just slept a few hours and left . One of the worst nights ever . Check your bedding upon arrival is my only advice."
