Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk
The room was clean and the front desk staff was helpful storing luggage until our room was ready. The upstairs lounge for happy hour was ok. Nothing special but nice to have a small snack before hitting the casino.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The historic vintage aesthetic, the bar and restaurant, valet service was great, and very conveniently located.

The Acoma House
I found the Acoma House quite charming, clean and loved the artwork. There was not really a kitchen but a fridge, microwave and hotplate, which I did not use. My only complaint was the coffee maker, which took pods and didn’t give a full cup. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area
