"This is a lovely property BUT several things were hidden when I booked our stay. When you check in, the first thing they do is try to sell you a time share. We were paying full price for our room so we weren't there on a deal. They don't have any place to eat on site. They don't clean your room unless you stay for a week. AND they charge you $28/day for the internet. I don't like hidden items."

"BEWARE: Internet property photos are very misleading! While views from the property itself are fabulous, but that’s about it. And don’t come with expectations to get a room with a view as shown on Expedia or Courtyard Marriott. And the Rooms themselves are very average. Many overlook parking lots or streets. We booked nearly 3 months in advance & our room was overlooking a busy street, the sink didn’t drain & the toilet didn’t flush properly, all discovered in the first 10 minutes after arriving. We were shown to another room & that one overlooked a parking lot! When I asked for a quieter room w/a view or overlooking the pool/courtyard, I was told no, they were at full capacity. What good is it to reserve 3 months in advance???! Best to come w/low expectations regarding both the room, room maintenance & the hotel staff demeanor. I felt like a number & they clearly didn’t need our business. Our friend’s room service was incomplete each day, I’ll leave it at that… And the breakfast, what a joke!! The $25.00 full breakfast fee is totally misleading. I felt nickel & dimed! The breakfast choices & quality are fine & the staff was friendly, not their fault. The problem is the arrangement. Overall experience: Not at all on the level of my past experiences in Courtyard Martiotts! Well below!!"

"Reviewing this property is quite a dilemma! It makes a terrible first impression, but it improved over the four days we were there. To begin with, the front desk staff was aloof and even a bit snippy upon check-in, and this continued to be our experience. We were surprised since other reviewers had talked about how friendly the staff was. And then, once we entered the condo, we were disappointed to see how worn it was. The attached photos will give you an idea of what it looks like. The cabinets were chipped and dilapidated and need to be resurfaced or replaced in both the bathroom and the kitchen. They obviously were cheap cabinets at the time they were installed, which I’m guessing was the 1970s, and they have not held up well. Within 10 minutes, my husband and I were thinking of leaving the property and booking elsewhere. However, in trying to look for positives, we noticed that the condo was extremely spacious and very clean. And the jetted bathtub was lovely—and such a relief after a day of hiking. We also enjoyed the patio and had our tea and coffee out there in the morning while listening to the birds. And all of the furniture was very comfortable. Because we were on a long driving trip, we used the laundry facilities and found them to be very good. So… Would we stay here again? No. The negatives outweighed the positives for us, although maybe only slightly. With so many nice properties in the area, I think we can do better in the future."

"The front desk guy was really nice. The AC was awful. I had to sleep with my travel fan because it was so hot in the room. I stayed in the mountain suit and the room was not the 100% clean. Overall the bed was good and parking and location was good too. "
