"We had a lovely stay here, its closely the downtown to go walk around and do some shopping. The hotel has a great restaurant that offers delicious pizza and artisanal beer that's made right on the property. Definitely would stay here again!"

"There are two sister properties being advertised . one is “in town“ the other a little way out of town needing either your own transport or to make use of the hotel shuttle bus. The management were very eager to please and we never have any difficulty with the shuttle but some folk may find it easier to be in town. Overall, the owners/manager were very helpful And we would recommend the property"

"Didn’t end up staying at the hotel because our arrival date was delayed and we couldn’t reach anyone at the hotel for over 24 hours. We left a message and someone responded way after we found another hotel saying that they had no availability. Strange..."

"It was to loud during the night The breakfast that was included was very limited. There was only coffee to drink and nothing for the kids. Should have variety of food "

"Great little hotel in the center of Creel. Everything is close by: restaurants, bars and etc. "

"The only heat in the room was from a bottle of propane that was inside, and we were told that we had to leave the window open or we would get carbon monoxide poisoning if we didn’t. We were very cold and didn’t want to die. So we changed hotels. "

"Great Hotel! Keep in mind that there's a part of the hotel that is on the back. It's not connected to the lobby and you need to go around the building. That's where our rooms were located. For my group, it was great because we didn't have to go up the small uneven wooden stairs. Don't get me wrong, the wooden stairs are amazing, but not elderly friendly. Since we got the rooms on the back, it worked out perfect for my group. Also, Memo contacted me with Nacho, our tourist guide. Amazing service. Definitely coming back and recommending this hotel. "
