"we had an easy check in although it was a trek to the room up to the 5th floor then walk along to another wing and take the floor to another level although it was definately worth it once we arrived in the room. the facilities in the room were lovely couldnt fault them, we were exhausted 1.30am when we checked in. "I love the fact that booking and checking in is always so quick and easy. No fuss. The room is always spotless - looks as if it has never been used! And so quiet. Wonderful. Staff on reception always very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is fabulous. Only complaint is regarding the supper dining area. Some of the arms on the upholstered chairs are very dirty - grimy - and if they cannot be cleaned off, then the chairs should be replaced. Their dirty appearance lets the whole of the hotel down. Shame."
