"Potentially soaking the shower heads regularly to prevent mold/water buildup. I had to clean the showerhead before giving my minor child a shower/bath, and thankfully my husband didn't see it. The mini fridge was not "cold", I noticed the back wall was cracked and there was ice buildup coming through the break itself. The worker at check-in said that there was someone working to restore the TV services, but at check-out we were told they were updating the system entirely. The TV remote did not work the television itself, we had to turn it on and off by the button on the device."

"Hotel was good, I went the weekend of Easter and they had it really nice decorated for Easter. Our room was very clean and the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a plus. Definitely recommend it. "

The grill had no propane even though we called to confirm that it was ready to use. The trim board in the doorway to the bathroom was broken and kept falling over and caused the bathroom door to not be properly shut. "

"Positive: staff at check in and check out were both very polite. Negative: Hallways smelled like weed and burning plastic. The entrance had overflowing garbage and the doors to enter the hotel were not locked anyone could walk the halls. You could hear people arguing at 2 am in the parking lot. When we first got in the room all the lamps and Tv were unplugged, the window was wide open. The room has serious water damage. The toilet had dried urine behind the seat, the door to the bathroom had a hole in it. I have never felt that unsafe in a hotel before. "
