Lovely place

This is one lovely place and rooms are with great view. This is a family run business and owners/staff take extra care of staff. Their restaurant has a great view of valley. Their breakfast is limited but enough/good quality. If you going by public transport then you may want to check connection in advance (bus stop is right next to hotel). if you going by car then they have plenty of parking space. Montana is 10 mins drive and mountains are beautiful there. We shall visit again.

little cosy place

Hotel is closed to Sierre train station( 5 mn by car) and 10 mn to Montana, 15 to Crans... Very clean. The room was nice with a balcony ( mountain view) and a large bath room( 11) .with bathtub and double sinks .. bed comfortable...we also booked later another double for our daughter.(14) this one was a little smaller ... especially the bathroom with just a shower , but same nice view. Very nice staff at the reception ...we tried the restaurant in the evening and the food was great especially the burgers... breakfast is simple... little buffet with breads, jam, cereals, yogurt, chese, charcuterie, hard boiled eggs...fruits...but ok for a good start in the morning..price is ok

1 Nacht im Familienzimmer mit Bergblick: Sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer mit modernem Bad. Zimmer mit Tür innerhalb abgetrennt Hochbett sehr hoch, Herausfallschutz für kleine Kinder eventuell mit zu großer Lücke - alles in allem aber sehr schön.

Nice hotel, terrible service at the restaurant

Great hotel, location and very cosy rooms. Beautiful views and ok distance to the Ski resort in Crans Montana. The service was unfortunately not up to the standards and I have rarely experienced service at such a low level as we had at the hotel restaurant. I suspect the stress level was probably at a high level among the staff due to the fact that the restaurant and the bar was completely full as we were visiting during the weekend of the New Years Eve. One of the restaurant staff members was outright rude and the other kept forgetting our orders (about 10 times during our first meal...) On the positive side, food was good and the staff did compensate their errors by offering a free dessert and a bottle of local wine on our departure.

Very comfortable chalet-style stay

A very comfortable and warm, welcoming chalet. Mini pastries at the breakfast buffet are the best. A little way outside of the town, but as we were there mostly for skiing it didn't bother us.

Excelente atención, vista al Valle del Ródano

Excelente hotel con dueños que siempre están al pendiente de sus huéspedes. La única complicación es tener que depender del autobús, el cual no tiene suficientes frecuencias a lo largo del día. Si viajan con carro, es magnífica opción. Buen restaurant con gerencia externa.

Lovely position with great views.

Very friendly staff. Lovely rooms. Good location, but ignore SatNav from Sierre (different ones both got completely lost), just take the main road up the mountain towards Montana. Restaurant is a separate business from the hotel. Reasonable Italian food but rather expensive for dinner.

비수기라 좀 싼편이였지만 테라스 뷰가 최고이며 특히 호텔주인 부부가 좋은분이라 소문난 분들이였음 택시기사가 말해줌^^ 있는동안 편했고 다국어대화는 안되고 사모님이 영어로 대화가능 남자사장님받으면 얼른 사모님바꿔달라 해여함 ㅎ 시에르 역에서 422번버스타고 파노라마버스정류장 바로앞에 있음 픽업해달라 애교부리면 7분만에 아우디로 픽업 짐이 적어야함 버스비 두당 1만원씩 아낄수있음ㅎ 너무좋았어요

Great experience

Peter and Liliane are excellent, friendly, helpful hosts who made our visit enjoyable. Clean, quiet, fantastic view from our balcony, fine breakfast, all helped make our stay enjoyable. We definitely recommend Panorama and will stay there on our next visit.
