"Our room was clean and attractive, the mini fridge worked great, even the freezer. Complimentary water, cookies, and coffee were appreciated. The shower pressure was excellent! The staff were friendly and responsive. The setting is beautiful and charming, right on the river. I'm hoping to stay at the Water's Edge every time I visit this lovely area."

"Clean and comfortable. My only issue was one of those plug-in air fresheners which was VERY overpowering. I actually located it and put it outside, but my entire bag smelled when I got home from my trip. Please be more considerate in using such strong scents in your rooms."

"The breakfast could have been better with variety of different bread such as adding whole wheat or multi grain and gluten free. Lots of people can not eat white breads. In my suggestions also add oatmeals pkgs."

"The Lodge is in a lovely country setting that allows for some strolling around the property and to the lake. Even though I didn’t use it, there is a communal kitchen available for guest use, which could be very handy. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was generous and delicious."
